Role Description:

We are seeking a Brand Promotion & PR Executive who understands both the science and the story behind our products. This role requires a blend of strategic communication, healthcare branding and public relations expertise, aimed at enhancing our brand equity among doctors, healthcare institutions, regulatory bodies and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations:

- Develop and manage PR campaigns aligned with the company’s mission and compliance standards.

- Build relationships with healthcare media, pharma journalists and industry publications.

Brand Promotion:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to launch promotional campaigns for new product roll-outs.

- Represent the company at CME programs, medical conferences and industry exhibitions.

- Create branding content tailored to HCPs (healthcare professionals), hospitals and pharma stakeholders.

Communication Strategy:

- Plan and execute content for internal newsletters, medical journals and product literature.

- Coordinate with medical, regulatory and marketing teams to ensure accurate messaging.

Digital & Visual Presence:

- Create visual content (using tools like Canva) for digital campaigns and product awareness.

- Support social media efforts and online reputation management, especially on LinkedIn and industry platforms.

Required Qualification:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Mass Communication, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Marketing (Master’s preferred).

- Experience: 1–3 years in PR, brand communication, or marketing (preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector).

- Strong understanding of Pharma ethics, drug promotion regulations (like UCPMP) and compliance.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills (experience in technical/medical writing is a plus).

- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Canva, and social media management platforms.

- Comfortable interacting with medical professionals, KOLs, and healthcare stakeholders.

Role Description:

We are looking for a full-time on-site a Medical Sales Representative, located in Guwahati, Mangaldoi and Goalpara, Assam. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists. Duties include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining and building long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and keeping updated with medical knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate product benefits.

Eligibility

Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field is preferred.

Skill:

- Medical Sales skills

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

- Knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
