This International Day of Yoga, Radonx Champions "Yoga for One Earth, One Health" with “Workout at Office” Yoga Session

Marking the celebration of International Day of Yoga, Radonx Pharmaceuticals organized a special “Workout at Office" Yoga Session at its premises on Saturday, June 21.  Keeping up with the theme of this year’s Yoga for One Earth, One Health, the initiative aimed to encourage a healthier lifestyle among employees and their families through the practice of yoga.

The event featured Mrs. Mousumi Talukdar, a renowned yoga instructor and founder of Ayush Yoga 24, as the guest trainer. With over a decade of experience in the field, Mrs. Talukdar led the session, guiding participants through various yoga postures and breathing exercises designed to enhance physical and mental well-being.

The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from across the organization, including Mr. Sajjad Rashid Haque, Director of Radonx Pharmaceuticals, and Mr. Rajib Thakuria, Director – Sales & Marketing. Employees and their family members also joined the session, contributing to the event’s vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.

Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Talukdar highlighted the importance of incorporating wellness practices like yoga into daily life, especially in fast-paced corporate environments. The session concluded with positive feedback from attendees, who appreciated the initiative for its focus on health, mindfulness, and community engagement.
